The Holy Eucharist is the source and summit of our Catholic faith — the sacred meal in which we receive the true Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. Through the Eucharist, we are united more deeply with Christ and with one another as members of His Body, the Church.

At St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, we gather as a community to celebrate the Eucharist at every Mass, giving thanks for God’s love and grace. Receiving the Eucharist strengthens us to live our faith daily, share God’s love with others, and grow in holiness.

Children preparing for their First Holy Communion participate in a period of faith formation to help them understand the meaning and mystery of this sacrament. For more information about First Communion preparation or Mass times, please contact the parish office @ 270.422.2196
