To begin the rental process, please click the BUTTON below, PRINT, COMPLETE and RETURN the Rental Request Form to the Church Office. Once your form is received, the parish office will contact you to confirm availability and finalize the reservation details.
Please note: your reservation is NOT complete until a deposit has been received and you have received confirmation from the parish office.
